FAQ
What's a founding rate?
Our membership launch thank-you: the first 20 local members pay $190 (Starter) or $360 (Regular) instead of standard pricing… locked in for as long as your membership stays active. Available until August 31 or until spots fill.
How does membership billing work?
Monthly on your saved card, 3-month minimum, then rolling with 30 days' notice.
Currency?
All prices are quoted in BBD.
Do unused classes roll over?
Classes are valid for the calendar month.
What if I can't make a class?
Cancel in the app or member portal up to 12 hours before class, free of charge — your spot opens up for someone else.
Inside 12 hours, Unlimited members pay a $30 late-cancellation fee (your first each month is waived) and no-shows are charged $65. Starter and Regular members forfeit the class credit, and pass or drop-in holders forfeit the booked class.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. Members can pause for up to 4 months per year, in full-month blocks (up to 2 months at a time). Just message us at least 7 days before your next billing date and we'll take care of it. You won't be charged while paused, and your membership picks up automatically when you're back. Paused months don't count toward your 3-month minimum. To pause, WhatsApp us on +1 (246) 258-8110.
